Maidencreek Banquet Hall was created to fulfill a need for something different in Berks County. It is a banquet facility that caters to the person that wants more than a typical fire company setting. But yet the country club experience...without the country club price! From casual (our standard rental rates) to elegant (create your own personalized package). We have a package to fit all your needs.

Hosting your special event at Maidencreek Banquet Hall will be remembered by your family and friends for years to come. Whether a wedding reception for your son and his bride-to-be, an anniversary party to celebrate your parents' life together or a holiday party to thank your employees and co-workers, we will work with you to make the planning as simple and stress-free as possible. We understand that we only have one opportunity to make your event perfect.

Our newly renovated facility features two banquet rooms. The Rear Room will comfortably seat up to 110 guests with a dance floor, and 150 guests without. (perfect for a smaller more intimate occasion). The Spacious Front Room can host up to 250 guests with a dance floor, and 300 guests without. (perfect for a larger elaborant celebration).

Which ever room fulfills your needs, you can add your personal touch by creating your own package, Linens, table overlays, table skirts, chair skirts, colored sashes, etc. will help you transform your occasion from casual to elegant!

The banquet hall rooms come standard with oblong tables (pictured here), but you may want to upgrade to sixty inch round tables for a more formal look (pictured above). You can choose from over fifty colors to match the theme of your occasion.

If your planning that special wedding reception,
why not book the entire banquet facility. You can have your wedding ceremony in the smaller room and have your reception in the larger room. We will set-up a decorated lighted arch, with white linen back-drop for your vows, bridal runner for the aisle, two faux marble columns with urns for your flowers, a pair of candelabras for your unity candles, a podium for the officiant of the ceremony, up to eighty chairs with skirts and a colored sash for your guests. We will supply your ceremony music. Prelude, Processional, Music For Soloists, Unity Candle & Recessional. There is even a separate dressing area for the bride and her bridesmaids while the guests are arriving. We know every ceremony is different, so you can customize any details to fit your needs. How about a punch fountain, your choice of either three or five gallon capacity, with one of our recipes (alcoholic & non-alcoholic available).

Why not add a chocolate fountain to your event. Milk, Dark and White chocolate is available. You can add a flavor or a color to give it that added touch.

Interested in a video or slide show presentation on our DLP projection system with 110" wide screen. You may supply your own images on DVD-R / CD-R or have us customize a show for you.

Maidencreek Banquet Hall
has ample parking around the building with extra parking on White Star road, which leads to our upper parking lot. Ground-level entrances for each banquet room, which are handicap accessible. We are a non-smoking facility. Smoke boxes are located outside of each hall entrance for your convenience.

B.Y.O.B equals big savings!
We allow you to supply your own beer and liquor. Four beer taps (two in each banquet room), allows you to have two choices of beer on tap. We have references for beverage centers that deliver for a fee and pick-up. Simply place your order, pay the bill there and we do the rest. How about a bartender that can mix up your favorite drinks. The cost is only $25.00 per hour. You supply the liquor and our mixologist will create a variety of drinks for your guests. Don't forget to bring the mixers, (Orange, Cranberry, Pineapple juice etc..)
